1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if:
- The order has not been dispatched
- Cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation
2. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled:
- Dispatched orders
- Bulk or custom-manufactured products
- Export orders once documentation is initiated
3. Refund on Cancellation
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days, after deduction of applicable processing charges (if any).
